We are Kubus Sports: proud owner and distributor of various premium brands for over 55 years, operating in more than 60 countries. We are passionate about sports, whether it's on the water, on the field, or in the mountains. With an enthusiastic and driven team of over 60 colleagues worldwide, Kubus Sports owns, develops, and distributes sports brands in the water sports, winter sports, and hockey sectors. We inspire and activate consumers and athletes through passion and innovation.
Kubus Sports focuses entirely on the B2B market with its winter sports brands. With our own brands in the Fun Sports and Hockey segments, we also serve the B2C market. Our brand portfolio includes Naish, Prolimit, STX, Brabo Hockey, Princess Hockey, Elan, Giro, Red Bull Spect, Komperdell, Roxa, Level, O’Brien, Ohana, and Shock Doctor. Our headquarters is located in Nijkerk (NL), but of course, you also have the option to work from home. In addition, we have offices in Hood River (Oregon, USA), Maui (Hawaii, USA), and Cape Town (South Africa). This means working with the coolest products in an international environment.
We are looking for the most driven individuals in the Netherlands who, like us, are committed to building a world where sport brings people together. Our mission is to keep athletes moving with innovative products. To make this work, full commitment and a true sporting mindset are essential.
Would you like to work at a sporty company where creativity, energy, and fun are at the heart of everything we do? We’re looking for enthusiastic colleagues.
What makes it even better? We're sporty in every sense of the word. From our products to the way we work together: active, energetic, and always on the move.
Kubus Sports has one secret, and that is these people who put in that work. The people who work here are incredibly talented, hard-working and creative. Over the years we have found that our best people derive deep satisfaction from their work, do exceptionally well: pursue perfection in their labor, simplify and work closely with other talented people.
'I believe that an entire team of these people has a chance to make the world a joyful place to play sports.'
- A versatile company where no day is the same, with plenty of freedom for initiative and creativity.
- You’ll be part of a creative and enthusiastic team that is just as sport-minded as you are.
- We offer solid employment conditions, opportunities for growth, and the option to work partly from home.

- You contribute to discussions and bring original ideas and input
- You communicate quickly, clearly, and directly
- You're a true team player and don’t center everything around yourself
You know that a well-structured product page makes the difference between hesitation and purchase. You understand how dealers think, how data works and how to improve a digital channel step by step. At Kubus Sports, you take ownership of the B2B dealer portal and make it work properly: easier to navigate, better structured, higher conversion. You dig into product data, spot what’s off and fix it. From copy and specifications to pricing and content assets. That way dealers become more self-sufficient, revenue grows and the digital channel becomes a stronger link in the commercial process.
What you’ll be doing
• Primary responsibility is setting up and continuously optimising the B2B dealer portal, with a focus on conversion, findability and ease of use.
• Secondary support on B2C for the correct presentation of product data.
• Identifying and prioritising improvements in product data, including copy, specifications, pricing and content assets.
• Improving product presentation, navigation, filters, bundles and cross-sell.
• Setting up a commercial calendar and executing campaigns together with sales and marketing.
• Increasing dealer adoption through onboarding, training and clear communication.
• Monitoring performance and reporting monthly on KPIs, initiating improvement actions.
• Aligning with product development, sales, marketing, e-commerce and IT, as well as external partners such as dealers and suppliers.
What you bring
• Demonstrable e-commerce experience, preferably in a B2B or dealer environment.
• Strong in product data and content management. You work accurately and maintain overview.
• Practical and hands-on. You follow through and get things done.
• Marketing technology. Experience with Shopify and comfortable working in PIM, DAM and ERP environments.
• Process-oriented. You think in processes and implement improvements in a digital environment.
• Clear communication. You communicate effectively with different teams and partners.
• Data and AI driven. You enjoy working with data, are proficient in Excel, steer on KPIs and make decisions based on insights. Affinity with or experience in AI is a plus.
• Affinity with sport. You follow the market and understand both the dealer and the athlete.
What we offer
• A competitive salary and good employment conditions.
• A versatile role where no two days are the same, with plenty of freedom for your own initiative and creativity.
• You work in a creative and enthusiastic company that is just as sport-minded as you are.
• Good employment conditions, room to grow and the option to work hybrid, from home and with Nijkerk as your office base.
• Sports outings, inspiration sessions and plenty of moments to share your passion for sport and creativity.
• Room to further professionalise systems, processes and both the B2B and B2C channel.
